1.
Blue earth. Pretty earth. Alive with cries of reptiles, the slap of
water, waving fronds, storms and lightning, distant volcanoes. Along
comes a UFO. Capt. Jehovah at the controls. He presses a button, sending
an Adam Bomb down to the surface. He does one orbit for verification,
then opens a stargate and leaves.

3.
Adam and Eve and a millionaire. He wants to pay Adam $1,000,000 to sleep
with Eve. Adam doesn't even know what money is. Nor can he count.
4.
God took Adam's ribs one by one. Finally, Adam was just a slack bulbous
mass, like a walrus but with a tribe of freshly minted females to wait
on him.
5.
Adam and Eve were walking in the Garden one day in the cool of the
afternoon, when they came upon Robinson Crusoe. The three regarded each
other with surprise, then suspicion. The stare stalemate was interrupted
by the arrival of Friday, bearing Adam & Eve's TV. Much more awkward now.
Unwilling to challenge the
burly Crusoe, Adam backed off, to
suffer Eve's heckling for 30 days and 30 nights, until God finally
created another better TV. Meanwhile, the Lord afflicted Robinson Crusoe
with a plague of urethra-fish and finally caused the TV to fall into
the jungle pond where Robinson Crusoe struggled.
Q:? A: Don't Burgle Eden.

According to Jewish legend, when Adam was cast out from Eden, he was
excommunicated for 130 years, and during that time, he begat demons and
spectres. These were called the Mazikeen, or Shedeem, thereafter agents
of enchantment and magic, like the Arabian djinn.

Monkeys and pythons course up and down the watercourse of my jungular
veins. The mythos of the python is a pithy story, full of pathos.
Pathways of pathos leading off in all directions and twining through the
veiny branches of the Jungular rivers like the curled up bodies of giant
pythons.
The Pythian goddesses at
the Delphic oracle, kissing flicking
tongues of snakes rapt wround their shoulders, while Christians glower
and fume in the corners behind the fuming braziers of incense. That snake
is evil, one whispers. Indeed, it is the Adversary, mutters the other.
"Let's write a book,"
suggests Adam.
"Let's go for it," suggests Steve.
"Though," Adam adds, "we may have to make some changes so as
not
to offend certain sensibilities."

On the eve of Adam, the moon a curved rib in the sky.
On the eve of Adar on the
Gulf of Aden, Hagar washes Abraham's
slacks, on the smooth round stones in knee-deep water. White light gleams
on the watertops, and Hagar gasps and looks up.
A star is falling to earth.
It parts her hair, then continues northwest in to
the Red Sea. It drops just on the horizon, then blooms a huge ball of light.
Hagar drops the slacks and cowers behind a nearby rock slick with algae.
The shock wave passes by poor Hagar, walking back with rubbery knees,
gets drowned in the subsequent tsunami.
Meanwhile, Joseph gets an idea he and a band of some 50 Israelites sprint
down into the momentarily dry seabottom. Their Egyptian overseers yell, but
the Israelites run like gazelles, leaving long trails of feetprints intertwining
in the
muck.
Before they're halfway
across, the water surges back in. The overseers chuckle
and shout at the remaining slaves: "Witness the Wrath of Amen, who causes
the
Waters to Smite your fleeing Brothers!"
Later that night, the slaves bicker over this coat Joseph left behind.

On Atom Eve, we wait for the vulva of the sky to dissolve in light.
On Atom Eve, we wait for the ten thousand things to collapse into rubble.
On Atom Eve, we wait to be loosed from this skin prison.
We'll stand and note invading neutrons in every single cell.
Imprinted on space beyond,
we'll ghost-eject. Instant ghost in the nuke-
night! Spaced ghost without a crust to stand on; the earth was
incinderated. The earth lies six feet under space. These dimensions would
stultify our senses, if we had flesh. Thankfully, we don't, so we go
inspire directors in the next parsec over, one of infinitey.
Ten infinity glories of
neutron ghosts,
Waiting for Atom Eve.
